TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions of Equipment Hire
Please read the following information carefully to avoid any confusion when hiring equipment. ‘The hirer’ shall mean any party who chooses to use our account:

Any equipment lost or stolen will be charged to the hirer at the full replacement cost. Damages, breakages, loss and theft are the entire responsibility of the hirer. Replacement will be charged at the full replacement cost. The hirer must check that all equipment is retuned complete. A charge will be incurred for any missing items.


Security All studios are alarm protected and have 24 hour protection. Classic Pix does not take responsibility for loss or damages of any goods. All equipment and valuables are left on the premises at the client’s own risk. It is in the clients best interest to make sure that they have sufficient insurance to cover themselves, colleagues, clients and guests for any eventuality.

Reservations If any party is prepared to confirm at any time their booking will take priority after the previous options have been given the chance to confirm.

Cancellations Cancelled confirmed bookings will be charged at 50% of total hire fees. Cancelled 48 hours prior to hire will be charged at 100% of the hire fee.

Classic Pix reserve the right to cancel the contract at any point without obligation not withstanding the return of any deposits paid.

Sets and Props. All props are to be delivered and collected on the same day of hire, unless by special arrangement. Classic Pix will not dispose of any sets or props. However, if they are not collected within 5 working days we reserve the right to dispose and recharge any costs associated with so doing. A storage charge will be incurred for each of those 5 working days. If you have any special requirements, please be in touch beforehand to avoid any problems.

Please respect all floors and furniture, especially during set builds and when moving items. All damage, however small, has to be paid for.
